Cake Frosting Ingredients:

* 1/3 cup spread
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon vanilla concentrate
* 1 pound (3 1/2 cups) filtered confectioners sugar
* 3 to 4 tablespoons milk

Cake Frosting Instructions

Cream spread, salt, and vanilla, beating until light and cushioned. Add sugar slowly, beating after every option. Add 3 tablespoons milk, beating until smooth. Beat in more milk until wanted it is reached to spread consistency. Makes around 2 1/3 cups of frosting, enough to glaze tops and sides of a 8-inch 2-layer cake or a 10-inch tube or bundt cake, or around 1 dozen cupcakes...enjoy the cake Creamy Butter Frosting!
