Fudge Cake Icing Recipe II
Yields 3 cups
CAKE FROSTING RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 cup weighty cream
1/2 cup sugar
4 oz. semisweet chocolate (hacked)
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate (hacked)
1 cup (8 oz.) sweet spread
1 teaspoon vanilla
CAKE FROSTING RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium-sized pot, consolidate the cream and sugar. Place the dish over low hotness and blend until the sugar breaks down. Heat to the point of boiling and eliminate from the hotness. Place all the chocolate in a metal bowl. Pour the hot cream combination over the chocolate. Permit the combination to sit for 5 minutes prior to mixing completely. Cool in the fridge until firm. Beat the margarine in the bowl of an electric blender until smooth. Add the chilled chocolate combination, each third in turn, beating on low speed until consolidated. Add the vanilla and blend until combined...enjoy it !
