8 oz. (1 pkg.) cream cheddar

1/2 c. (1 stick) spread

1 tsp. vanilla

1 lb. confectioner's sugar

2 - 4 Tbsp. milk(according to wanted consistency)

Cake Frosting Recipe INGREDIENTS

Place cream cheddar and spread in the bowl of an electric blender. Beat on low speed until consolidated. Add vanilla. Slowly add confectioner's sugar. Scratch down mixer and bowl. Add milk gradually while beating. Keep beating on medium speed until icing is smooth.
